9.15.09 – Rockies at Giants: How many do or die games do we need?

Good luck to those who entered in guesses, let’s play ball and here’s to it ending up better than the first live blog has so far..

7:01 – Kuiper boasts about how we had a sacrifice bunt yesterday and J.T. Snow seemed genuinely shocked to find out we had the same lineup two nights in a row.. Yeah if that doesn’t give you a clue about Bochy, then turn off your TV

7:05 – Amy Gutierrez must have had some wild, loud and crazy sex last night as she is hoarse as hell, lol.

7:09 – Dan Uggla helping out Tim Lincecum one bomb at a time. Uggla, thanks for holding Wainright back but you’re playing the Cardinals, you’re going to lose Uggla. Sorry.. I really like saying the name Uggla.

7:18 – Kuip says, “I’m not buying the trying on the glove over and over agian” after Gonzalez gets hit by a pitch and Krukow says  “OJ kinda killed that thing”. This is already the best night ever.

7:19 -  Well, two blown calls in a row: HBP and stolen bag.. Bochy comes out for the hit by pitch but an even clearer play where a ball isn’t going 90 mph you shake your head like a grouchy snile man in the dugout. Well played BB.

7:30 – A hit and run with Sanchez up and Velez at first? Are you kidding me? Guys, this site’s gotta  come down.. Sorry.

7:33 – Bases loaded and our best hitter is up with no one out. Let’s get a run in.

7:38 – On a serious note, Pablo is absolutely amazing. But in times that really really mean something he is absolutely not there yet. I hope we get into the playoffs just so he can get a little more clutch factor. On a side note Garrett Atkins just became my all-time favorite Rockie. E6

7:41 – I need to slow the posts down but I can’t. Juan Uribe just made me an absolute beleiver.

7:46 – Kruk and Keip figure out that Rowand getting pitched to in the situation is saying he is a guaranteed out, psh, guys you are so exaterating. Lol!

7:46 – Rowand strikes out looking on 3 pitches to end the inning.

7:49 – Some guy just yelled out “Great play man, great play” to Atkins as he swings threw strike two. Awesome call heckler.

7:53 – Zito just told Torbs to “sit the fuck down”, CSN, chalk this up as a classic.

7:57 – Torbs is now catching right infront of the umpire he said sucks ass at his job. The two looked like bulldogs. How awkward is this for Barry Zito at bat right now.

8:05 – Amy told Kruk and Keip that she “sure missed them last night”. If what I said at 7:05 is true, then I am completely grossed out :/ nevermind, nevermind.. Keip just said “Those whacky pirates.”

8:09 – I had to rewind my tivo to get a look at Rowand. I didn’t know he was growing the Giambi-pedo stache. Good for him..

8:16 – I am nominating Bruce Bochy for manager of the year because I just figured out his plan. He was juggling the lineup for the ENTIRE season to find THE perfect lineup. And now he has it as we are actually scoring runs on more than one occasion.. He wa simply trying to figure out the possible 1,043,403,022 types of ways to shuffle a 9-person lineup card.

Brilliant.

8:28 – Bengie just moved above Fred Lewis and Aaron Rowand as my most lovable inconsistent player.

8:30 – I am so happy we’re scoring runs at ease against Jimenez and in the past two games but it makes me 300 times more nervous to see if we can keep it up. It’s like that already ruined relationship with someone that keeps telling you they’ll change.

8:46 – Let me take a moment of silence as we mourn the death of our old “offense”.

9:08 – I am seriously enjoying every minute of this game. 7-1 Giants.

9:28 – If Bochy doesn’t duplicate this lineup tomorrow I’m going to burn ATT Park down myself, who’s in?

9:49 – Bionic Barry just took a line drive off his arm and turned a double play. Where have we been all year?

9:57 – Dan Runzler.

10:09 – Well notmuch to report, just an amazing game.

10:11 – Pablo playing the cup game and teaching high fives. Can you imagine how this guys energizes teams. Good win, can’t even make a freaking joke. Let’s come back with the same lineup tomorrow, thanks Boch
