We here at Firesabean are ALWAYS positive so naturally we’ll talk about the positives first!

- I was literally writing “Huff is awesome” when he hit his second two-run homer of the game. Wow, I underestimated this guy in the beginning of the year.

Great signing Sabes, **shudders** Huff you are a great athlete.

-The defensive play of the game: Huff to Downs to Molina. All people involved were ridiculously good on this play. Even Bengie.. **shudders** But Posey would have made the same play.

-Mota. Freaking Mota. Why does Bochy go with him after screwing up two games in a row? Medders was DFA’d for a reason, Mota is a decent pitcher, let him pitch in a crap game and gain confidence this is a joke.

-I saw Aaron Rowand, so that’s a negative.

REVENGE is the key in this series. All is good in Giants world right now, now let’s freeze time and never leave today. Ever.

Well, well, well. If it isn’t a little winning streak. Mix in some well-timed hits, newfound heroes and terrible bullpen work and you have yourself a Giants team that looks like a real life team.

Twitter.com/noonchyo said at the end of May that this was going to be our month. A 7-4 record isn’t bad, it’s not great either but the Giants haven’t lost a series yet — and won’t today, either.

2:05 – I was quietly waiting for Cain to get out of the inning so I can brag about how awesome he is.. But it’s not going so well. Runner on 2nd, 1-2 count..

2:10 – RELAY: Huff to Downs to Bengie! GREAT GREAT PLAY!! But.. we all know Buster coulda made the exact play. Easily.. Too bad with an RBI and a sweep tag, Bengie just earned 3 more years and 20 million bucks.

2:19 – Cain has a target on his legs.. Throws Rajai out. It’s getting scary.

3:17 – 4-2 Giants, Runzler getting angry at himself for the slight mess up on the relay throw to first. OK it was quite possible the worst throw I have seen since this guy:

3:27 – First and second, two out, full count, top of the 8th, Bayer aspirin in hand.

3:31 – Seriously? Bases loaded, same scenario as above. Isn’t this the exact same situation? Only Brian Wilson is sitting on his hands for some reason. In that case, I’ll sit on mine.. but first! muscle relaxers, dear God. WHY AM I STILL TYPING?!?!

3:35 – Casilla gets the pop-up, Mota almost blows 3rd game in as many tries. Hey Bochy, is this your new Medders?

3:42 – I was writing the highlights for the post and started it with “Huff is a total stud” and then boom, another home run. WOW. 6-2.
