Heyward Drops Out Of The ‘Retarded’ Game
Jason Heyward had his cast removed a week ago but has announced he will not participate in the 2010 All-Star Game, says my good friends at ESPN. This means we need to not only re-do the Firesabean All-Star Game logo, but push hard for Huff to jump on in.
OK, so his numbers aren’t what you would deem “All-Star-esque”, but they were better than Heywards in every aspect.
And If you’ve seen him run this Giants offense, go from playing 1st base to the outfield at the drop of the hat and do pretty damn good, or hustle more than Pete Rose himself, then you also know he deserves a nod.
Yes he called it a “sham” and “retarded” but it’s because he — despite being deserving — isn’t in it. He’d love to go down as an “All-Star” MLB player, anyone would. What’s the next thing they mention when talking about older players? He had X rings and was an X-time All-Star.
We all know he deserves it, maybe for once a blog can make a difference. Because this whole Fire Sabean thing isn’t working.

Kuo from the Dodgers took his spot.
